A sexual dependency on openly observing sex organs and sexual acts, as opposed to voyeurism which is secret.

Etymology

From Ancient Greek σκοπός (skopós, “watcher”) + -philia (itself from the Ancient Greek φιλία (philía, “love, fondness”)).
