Soup noodles of wheat, with various ingredients (Japanese-Chinese style).

Etymology

Borrowed from Japanese ラーメン (rāmen), from Mandarin 拉麵 /拉面 (lāmiàn, “pulled noodles”). Doublet of laghman, lamian, and ramyeon.
