A psychological disorder in which a person has a delusion of a romantic relationship with another person.

Etymology

From late 19th century. From Ancient Greek ἐρωτικός (erōtikós, “related to love”), which is from ἔρως (érōs, “passionate or sexual love”); eroto- + -mania.
