A devotee of Rush Limbaugh, his radio program, or his opinions.

Etymology

From ditto + -head, coined by callers to The Rush Limbaugh Show (a conservative talk radio show) who begin their remarks with "Ditto!" or "Dittoes!" to concur with a previous comment without restating it.
